Ken joined Ashton Woods in 2009 as Executive Vice President – Operations for Dallas, Houston and Phoenix, and was soon promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer for the entire company. Prior to Ashton Woods, Ken worked for 16 years with Centex Homes, serving in every financial position up to Vice President of Finance, along with other senior executive roles in Land Acquisitions, Entitlement and Development, Division President and Regional Executive Vice President. Ken graduated from the University of Central Florida with a BS in Finance. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for HomeAid, one of the nation’s leading non-profit providers of housing for the homeless population.

Ryan joined Ashton Woods in 2013 as Division Manager, responsible for the startup of the Charleston market. He was soon promoted to Division President of the Carolinas, overseeing operations for both Raleigh and Charleston. In February of 2017, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Ashton Woods, Ryan was the Vice President of Construction Operations at the PulteGroup. Before that, he spent 9 years with Centex Homes, serving in multiple operational leadership roles including divisional, regional and corporate assignments. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University.

Since joining Ashton Woods in 2008, Zack has held various roles in Internal Audit, Corporate Accounting, and Financial Planning and Analysis before being promoted to Vice President – Corporate Controller in February 2014. Prior to joining Ashton Woods, Zack was a Senior Auditor with KPMG, LLP in Atlanta. Zack received a B.S. and a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Georgia, and holds an active CPA license in the state of Georgia. Zack was also named to the Forty under 40 class of 2019 by Professional Builder magazine.

Deborah joined Ashton Woods in 2011 as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Ashton Woods, Deborah was with Beazer Homes for six years, where she served most recently as Vice President, Compliance Officer. Deborah was in private practice with Sutherland Asbill and Brennan in Atlanta and with Davis Polk and Wardwell in New York. Deborah also clerked for the Honorable Phyllis A. Kravitch of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Deborah holds a B.A. in History from Emory University and received her J.D. from Cornell Law School.

Thad joined Ashton Woods in 2003 as Director of Strategic Marketing. He was promoted to Vice President in 2007 and Senior Vice President in 2012. Prior to Ashton Woods, Thad was a Senior Strategic Marketing Analyst for Pulte Homes’ Southeast Region and worked extensively in the market research industry before beginning his homebuilding career. Thad received a B.A. in International Trade from Clemson University and an MBA from the University of Kentucky.

Jay joined Ashton Woods in 2006 as the Vice President of Architecture. Before this, he was the Director of New Project Development at John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods, based in Atlanta, GA. In his 14 years with John Wieland, Jay was involved in every aspect of single-family developments, townhomes and condominiums. Jay is a graduate of the Southern Polytechnic State University.

Tony joined Ashton Woods in January 2014 as Vice President of Sales. He brings with him 20 years of sales and marketing experience, working with two of the nation’s largest homebuilders: Centex and The Pulte Group. He was also a principal at Sales Benchmark Index, a premier sales force effectiveness consultancy. Tony holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Saint Norbert College.

Carrie joined Ashton Woods in 2012 as Ashton Woods’ first VP of Marketing.  Prior to joining the company she spent almost a decade at Eastman Kodak, initially marketing film, then running Kodak’s e-commerce operation at Kodak.com.  She later served as Director of Marketing and Business Development, working with retail partners including Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Staples and Amazon.  Prior to Kodak, Carrie worked in sports marketing at IMG.  Carrie holds a BA and MBA from Emory University.  In 2018 she was named to the Marketing Hall of Femme, which honors female marketing leaders who have taken risks, pushed limits and achieved standout success in their marketing careers.  She currently sits on the board of Viewrail, the leader in modern stair and railing systems.

Karin joined Ashton Woods in 2012. Karin brings more than 15 years of human resources experience and leadership to the company, including four years at Centex Homes as Regional Human Resources Director. Karin also worked in healthcare for three years and worked for Alcoa/ Reynolds Metals Co. for five years prior to Centex. Karin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Radford University and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Adam joined Ashton Woods in 2013 as the Raleigh Division Purchasing and Estimating Manager and currently serves as SVP of Purchasing. Prior to joining Ashton Woods, Adam was Senior Director of Purchasing and Product Development for Tegrity Homes. Adam began his more than 20-year career in homebuilding with Centex Homes, where he served in a variety of National and Divisional roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University.

Ken joined Ashton Woods in 2018 as our Senior Vice President of Construction. With over 25 years of experience within the homebuilding industry, Ken has held multiple operational based positions. Before joining Ashton Woods, Ken was most recently National Director of Construction Operations for CalAtlantic Homes. In his 13 years with The Pulte Group, Ken served in multiple operational leadership roles including as Regional Vice President of Construction as well as Vice President of Homebuilding Operations for the Florida region in which he oversaw Construction, Purchasing and Architectural Operations supporting the Florida Divisions. Prior to beginning his homebuilding career, Ken served in the Military Intelligence branch of the United States Army.

Lindsay joined Ashton Woods in 2018 as the Division President of Austin, and in 2022 was promoted to Regional President, a role in which she oversees the company's operations and growth in the Texas markets.  Prior to joining Ashton Woods, Lindsay had an 18-year career with Pulte Homes, where she held several sales and operational positions, including her most recent role as Vice President of Operations for the Central Texas Division. In this role, she oversaw the successful management of Land Development, Construction, Procurement, Sales, and Finance in the Austin area. Lindsay also worked in multiple divisions across the country and spent two years in a corporate role as Regional Vice President of Sales Operations, serving as a member of the Senior Executive Operations team reporting to the COO. Her extensive experience allowed her to acquire vast knowledge of the business in various geographic areas, such as Washington D.C., Atlanta, and Las Vegas. Lindsay graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Global Economics and Trade.
