COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS: What do I get as a VIP Member? A VIP Member will receive the following exciting items: - Our VIP Members will receive by email a $500 Free Options VIP Certificate. This certificate is provided to our VIP Members when they make an on-line internet request for information. The Certificate MUST be presented to the on-site sales person BEFORE purchasing your home. The Certificate is not valid if presented AFTER the purchase.
- You will receive details about the community sent by email.
- Tara will help you find the best community for your needs and help you determine where you want to visit, so you do not spend a lot of time driving to areas that are not within your interests.
- We will keep you updated about new phases, special promotions, discounted homes, etc. Typically, updates are by email and are Community or Area specific.
How do I become a VIP Member? To become a VIP Member, all you need to do is click on the "QUESTIONS? ASK TARA" link within the website page of the Community that interests you. We will add you to our VIP Membership for that Community, and we will email you a VIP Certificate with a specific registration number. Your certificate is valid at any of our Community locations. I've joined the VIP Membership. Why haven't I received my Certificate? You should receive your VIP Certificate on the same day you make your request. If you do not receive the Certificate, please email Tara at tmbrown@ashtonwoods.com or contact her by phone at 770-642-6123 x 133. If you plan to visit a Community before you receive your Certificate, then make sure you inform the on-site sales consultant that you ARE a VIP MEMBER, so he/she can get you registered correctly. The certificate number is necessary for getting the VIP Certificate $500 Credit. It has been more than 1 day and I still do not have my Certificate? The Certificate is emailed to you as an HTML document. It is possible that your firewall has assumed it is spam and moved it to your spam folder. If you do not receive your certificate within two days, please email Tara at tmbrown@ashtonwoods.com to request a valid Certificate. How do I redeem my Certificate? It is very simple! To be valid, the Certificate must be provided to the on-site Community Consultant during your first visit to the Community. Our Design Center cannot redeem the Certificate. Instead, our on-site Consultant adds the $500 in Free Options into a budget in your paper work. You then use the budget during your design center appointment. I have already bought my home. Can I request a certificate now and use it for my current purchase? I'm sorry, but no. The Certificate is only valid for new purchases and must be presented to the on-site Consultant during your first visit to the Community, and before making the purchase.
