Q1.What do I get as a VIP Member?
A1. A VIP Member will receive the following exciting items:
1. Our VIP Members will receive by email a $500 VIP Certificate valid towards Design Center upgrades in your new Ashton Woods Home.   This certificate is provided to our VIP Members when they make an on-line request for information.   The Certificate MUST be presented to the on-site sales person BEFORE purchasing your home.   It is not valid if presented AFTER the purchase.
  
2. In addition, you will receive details about the community sent to you by email.
3. We will also mail you an information package with home plans and site maps (if your mailing address is provided).
4. You will receive a personal phone call from your Personal Internet Sales Consultant (when phone number is provided).   Your Personal Consultant will help you find the best community for your needs and help you determine where you want to visit, so you don't spend a lot of time driving to areas that aren't within your interests.
5. We keep our VIP Members updated about new phases, special promotions, discounted homes, etc.   Typically, updates are by email and are Community or Area specific.
Q2. How do I become a VIP Member?
A2. To become a VIP Member, all you need to do is click on any "Ask Cheryl" link within the website page of the Community that interests you. You may also register by an outside website such as NewHomeSource.com. We will then add you to our VIP Membership and your Certificate will be emailed in a few days.   Your Certificate is valid at any of our community locations.
Q3. I've joined the VIP Membership.   Why haven't I received my Certificate?
A3. Sometimes spam and/or email filters will intercept the VIP Certificate email.   Please check your spam or bulk folder for your certificate.   If you plan to visit a community before you receive your VIP Certificate by email, then all you need to do is print the information email you receive from your Personal Internet Consultant - Cheryl Kelley.   You can then present the printed email to the Community Sales Associate to let them know you are a VIP Member.   
Q4. It has been more than 5 days and I still don't have my Certificate?
A4. If you do not receive your certificate within 5 days, you may email Cheryl Kelley at ckelley@ashtonwoodshomes.com.
Q5. How do I redeem my Certificate?
A5. It is very simple.   To be valid, the Certificate must be provided to the Community Sales Associate during your first visit to the Community.   The $500 will be deducted from your Design Center upgrades.   Please note that the VIP Certificate is void if you are represented by a Realtor.
Q6. I've already bought my home.   Can I request a certificate now and use it for my current purchase?
A6. I'm sorry, but no.   The Certificate is only valid for new purchases, and must be presented to the Community Sales Associate before making the purchase.
