ASHTON WOODS AGAIN RANKED AMONG TOP BUILDERS IN ANNUAL STUDY
ROSWELL, GA – January 25, 2016 – For the fourth consecutive year, Ashton Woods Homes has been ranked among the top three for Most Trusted Builder in America according to the newly released Lifestory Research study. The Lifestory Research Most Trusted Builder in America Study (sm) , also in its fourth year, evaluated the attitudes of approximately 40,000 new home shoppers and tracked home builder brands in the top U.S. housing markets.
“To appear in the top three Most Trusted Builder rankings four years in a row is a huge achievement and a testament to our ‘customer first’ philosophy,” said Ken Balogh, president and chief executive officer at Ashton Woods Homes. “In the four years that this study has been in existence, we are the only builder that has consistently performed in the top three. Add this to the fact that we are also the only builder to ever be ranked No. 1 twice, and we feel it is a good reflection of the trust and consistency that homebuyers appreciate and deserve from Ashton Woods.”
Through the Lifestory Research study, trust is measured by a Net Trust Quotient Score (NTQS). Ashton Woods Homes – the nation’s 22nd largest builder and fifth largest private builder in the country based on closings – posted a NTQS of 112.4. An index score of 100 is average for all home brands included in the study.
“We recognize that trust is an essential element in creating successful and long-term customer relationships,” said Balogh. “Our service doesn’t end once we hand over the keys. That’s why we we’ve created programs like the 1-5-11 Customer Care Program where we contact the homeowner in the first, fifth and 11th month of their new home purchase to make sure all of their needs are taken care of. We never stop working to earn and maintain the trust of our customers.”
