Ashton Woods again ranked first among builders in annual study

Ashton Woods Homes Named #1 Most Trusted Builder  in America for Second Consecutive Year

ROSWELL, GA – January 24, 2014 – For the second consecutive year, Ashton Woods Homes has been named the Most Trusted Builder in America, according to a newly released Lifestory Research study. The Lifestory Research Most Trusted Builders in America Study SM, also in its second year, evaluated the attitudes of more than 40,000 new-home shoppers and tracked 133 home builder brands in the top 27 U.S. housing markets.

For the second year in a row, the Lifestory Research Most Trusted Builder in America Study SM found that three out of four customers believe trust is paramount in choosing a home builder and is a key factor when making the decision to purchase a new home. Through the Lifestory Research study, trust is measured by a Net Trust Quotient Score (NTQS). Ashton Woods Homes – the nation’s 20th largest builder and fifth largest private builder in the country based on closings - posted a NTQS of 113.2, the highest score of all builders ranked in the study.
