Aria began with an unprecedented opportunity: seventy-six acres of land mere minutes from the best that Atlanta has to offer. The location provided all the convenience of city living while the natural setting made the hustle and bustle seem to fade away. This rare jewel required an entirely new way of thinking.

We wanted to create a community that would embody this balance between city and country, convenience and calm. It required a careful, deliberate consideration and partnerships that could bring our vision to life. As our VP of Architecture said, “We are creating a place,” not just a housing development. To achieve that, we brought in the world-renowned town planner, DPZ. Their belief in the principles of new urbanism perfectly suited our goals for the site. We envisioned a pedestrian-friendly community with close proximity to shopping and dining; a traditional neighborhood feel with communal areas for neighbors to gather and green spaces that retained the natural beauty of the land.
What emerged was an English country-inspired village made up of a mix of townhomes, lofts, and single family homes side by side, joined together by mixed-use space featuring the best in boutique retail and dining. The community was divided into three parcels, each with their own distinct character coming together in a unified theme of architecture and harmonious living.

Aria North is a village amid the trees where townhomes gather around central greens and landscapes flow from formal to natural. The country village is shaded by twelve acres of parkland threaded by walking and biking trails. Across Abernathy Road, you’ll find Aria Central where the principles of new urbanism come to life in mixed use space curated by Street Lights Residential, an industry leader in multifamily living. Here, you’ll also find another incredible partner: Mercedes-Benz USA, who chose the Aria property for their new North American headquarters. Finally, travel across Glenridge Drive to discover Aria West where single family homes, townhomes and inspired landscaping complete the symphony.
