Ashton Woods Wins Three Awards at OBIE Ceremony

Ashton Woods, one of the nation’s largest private homebuilders, took home three gold awards at the annual OBIE Awards hosted at the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta on Saturday, October 22, 2022. Presented by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, Inc.’s Sales and Marketing Council, the awards honor excellence in building, remodeling, marketing, personal achievement and other special categories in the home building industry.

Community of the Year

Ashton Woods’ “Brand Anthem” promotional video was awarded gold in this category. Created and released in the Spring of 2022, the video communicates Ashton Woods’ unique, design-first approach to home building. Entries in this category were judged on concept, copy, quality of production, implementation as it relates to the product and the target market, as well as overall professional appeal.
