The National Association of Home Builders recognizes Ashton Woods with four silver awards for excellence in design, architecture and more
ATLANTA (Feb. 20, 2019) – Ashton Woods, one of the nation’s largest private homebuilders, took home four Silver Awards at The Nationals ceremony, held on February 19, 2019, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Presented by the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC), a division of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the awards recognize outstanding achievements in categories from homebuilding design to marketing.
The Sullivan model in the Stratton by the Sound community in Charleston was awarded Silver for Best Single Family Detached Model Home 3,001 to 3,500 square feet. This model features a coastal cottage design with a neutral color palette of white, soft blues and grays combined with natural wood throughout the home.
“The Sullivan model showcases a wide range of detail – both on the interior and exterior of the home,” said Robert Norton, President of the Charleston Division. “With its centralized kitchen and sophisticated open floor plan, this model perfectly embodies the design, personalization and possibilities that Ashton Woods offers home buyers.”
In the category of Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Priced $300,000 to $500,000, Ashton Woods received the Silver Award for its Waverly Model in the GlenPark community in Raleigh. The Waverly model’s interior is contemporary design at its finest. The model combines a warm color palate with elegant materials and brass metals to evoke rich sophistication.

Ashton Woods also received a Silver Award for Best Website for a Builder. Ashton Woods’ entry-level brand, Starlight Homes took home a Silver award for Best Email Marketing/Web Banner/Rich Media Advertising.
