* Terms are based upon a loan with the following terms: Payment is for principal and interest only. Credit terms are based on a 30-year fixed mortgage. Purchase price of $[total_price]. [interest_rate]% (APR [apr_rate]%) 30-YR Fixed FHA loan 3.5% down payment required, and a 640 credit score. 2/1 Program includes a 2% decrease on the interest rate for year one and 1% decrease in the interest rate for year two. The interest rate that applies to year one is 3.99%. The interest rate that applies to year two is 4.99%. Beginning in year three, the fixed rate of 5.99% applies to the remainder of the loan life. Additional special financing rate of 5.99%, 30-yr fixed rate, FHA. Restrictions on the maximum loan amount and loan-to-value ratio apply.
