From Tampa Take I-75 South and use Exit 229 for Parrish. Turn right onto Moccasin Wallow Road, then left onto Sawgrass Road, the entrance to Oakfield. At the traffic circle, take the second exit. Exit the circle and turn right to arrive at Oakfield Trails.
From St. Petersburg Take I-275 South toward Bradenton, then merge onto I-75 North toward Tampa. Use Exit 229 for Parrish and follow the ramp toward US-301/Parrish. Merge onto Moccasin Wallow Road, then turn left onto Sawgrass Road. At the traffic circle, take the second exit. Exit the circle and turn right to reach Oakfield Trails.
* Terms are based upon a loan with the following terms: Payment is for principal and interest only. Credit terms are based on a 30-year fixed mortgage. Purchase price of $[total_price].
